2014, wood, paint, 30 x 9.2 x 7.5 m PARA/SITE is a collaborative project with Justin Hibbs (UK) and Michael Zogg. Parallel to the existing architecture the artists create a structure that traverses the inside of the given space, appearing to penetrate existing walls and windows and growing outside of the building. Like its biological prototype, the structure has shape-shifting qualities: it grows and responds to its host’s particular conditions, scale and context and constantly re-organises the space and the viewer's perspective.
